Founded by brothers Vincenzo, Arnaldo, and Joseph Salerno, Salerno’s Pizza has grown into a beloved name in multiple locations. Each restaurant operates under distinct ownership and management, making marketing efforts more complex.
In April 2023, Salerno’s Pizza partnered with Emedia Rise LLC to boost online drop-off catering orders and increase private event inquiries. With restaurants in two vastly different markets—New York City and Washington, D.C.—our mission was twofold:
Google Search Ads to Drive Catering Orders
Before launching the campaign, we collaborated with Salerno’s team to deeply understand their brand and catering offerings. A dedicated landing page was developed to streamline the customer journey, supported by Google Analytics Ecommerce tracking to monitor conversions effectively.
We implemented a Google Search Ads campaign with a monthly budget of $5K–$6K, aiming for 200+ catering orders per month. The results? A staggering $450K increase in online catering sales year-over-year (YOY)—a game-changer for the business.
Thanksgiving Sell-Out Campaign
To capitalize on seasonal demand, we leveraged Facebook and Instagram retargeting using data collected throughout the year. Our strategy focused on re-engaging past website visitors and social media audiences with a compelling Thanksgiving offering.
